Week 4: February 21 – 27, 2026

1. Putting Myself In Timeout.

Text on screen: “Putting myself in timeout because [relatable thing you did or didn’t do].”

Grab a chair or find a corner, and look at the camera all sad as if you’re disappointed in yourself.

2. Leaving My Body.

Text on screen: “[Thing] leaving my body when I [action].”

Simple fun lip sync to “Stick With You” while dancing enthusiastically.

3. But Aren’t You The.

Text on screen: Person 1: “Oh my gosh, the boss is so cool.” Person 2: “Aren’t you the boss?”

Film yourself muted with the on-screen text conversation. Punchline reveals the creator is the person being talked about as the audio plays.

Week 3: February 14 – 20, 2026

1. No Pictures Please.

Act shy and walk away from camera, cut to perfectly posed shot in the same spot. Works solo or with your team.

2. Dramatic Saxophones.

Text on screen “When {X happens}”

dramatizing something going wrong or building suspense around a situation.

3. Wherever the Wind Takes You.

Text on screen: “Go wherever the wind takes you” Me:

Pretend to be “blown” away by the wind, then “accidentally” end up at a location related to your brand.

Week 2: February 7 – 13, 2026

1. Does He X?

Show yourself doing some action with someone else. String together as many of these as you want. It’s the bare minimum trend but make it yours.

Example: “Does he motivate you?” Next screen: “I do.” with a deadpan stare at the camera.

2. Can’t Prove It.

Alt: Can’t Prove It Meme Version.

Text on screen “I know you need [your service/product], I just can’t prove it.”

Pair it with a suspenseful stare. You can do this as a skit or use the meme version.

3. The Doctor.

Text on screen: “You say you’re leaving work early to see the doctor”

Make it clear that the “doctor” is actually your bartender, esthetician, hairstylist, social media manager, etc.

Week 1: February 1 – 6, 2026

1. The topic is X
Fill in your niche or industry. One person talks, the other reacts in shock or horror.

Example: “The topic is social media” with someone listing all the platforms you actually need to be on.

2. The villain soundtrack
Use the Phantom of the Opera audio with slow-mo of the “villain” showing up. Make it funny for your business:

Example: “When the boss shows up unexpectedly” or “When a client emails at 5:01pm.”

3. He asked for my number
Text-on-screen trend (any audio works). Format: “He asked for my number, I gave him my [business/niche thing] because I need more clients, not another man.”

Example: “I gave him my Instagram because I need more followers, not another man.”

If you’d rather watch a video with examples than read the text above, I’ve got your back!
