Social MediaAssistant

Must live near Austin, TX or Houston, TX and be willing to travel each month.

We are looking for a proactive and flexible Social Media Assistant to join our team. This role is part-time with variable hours depending on the monthly workload and includes occasional travel. You’ll support our content creation process, assist during content shoots, and keep our systems organized to help the broader social media team function smoothly.

You’ll work directly with the social media team to assist with the following:

  • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, new features, and updates on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Attend all content shoots (both local and travel-based) to assist with setup, support, and coordination.
  • Organize and manage shoot footage, ensuring proper labeling and storage in Google Drive and Rella.
  • Design Reel covers and assist with carousel creation using Canva.
  • Monitor social media trends to suggest ideas or reference examples for future content.
  • Support the Social Media Manager with basic admin tasks such as responding to internal emails or updating calendars.
  • Use platforms such as Asana, Rella, Canva, Instagram, and TikTok as part of day-to-day tasks (training provided).
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, creativity, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Tools Proficiency: Canva, Capcut or Adobe Premiere Pro, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Asana.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a small team.
  • Capable of managing shifting priorities and monthly workloads.
  • Quick learner and adaptable with new tools and software.
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule and committed to reliability.
  • Pay Structure: $2,600/month

  • There are no specific hours unless you are traveling or at content shoots. All other times you may select your own hours.
  • This position is primarily remote but you must live near Austin, TX or Houston, TX.
  • Frequent travel for content shoots and to work with team.

Social Growth Strategist

Must live near San Marcos, TX or be willing to occasionally travel there.

We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven Social Growth Strategist to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and community engagement for client accounts.

If you are passionate about social media, enjoy staying ahead of industry trends, and have a knack for creating engaging content ideas, we want to hear from you!

Content Strategy:

  • Conduct deep brand, industry, and competitive research for each client.
  • Perform hashtag research and keyword SEO research monthly.
  • Monitor trends inside and outside the client’s niche to develop standout ideas.
  • Build full monthly content calendars (approximately 22 ideas/month).
  • Provide detailed shot lists, draft video scripts (if talking is involved), and outline on-screen text.
  • Write first-draft, SEO-optimized captions for each content idea.
  • Develop daily Story ideas to align with content goals and drive further engagement.
  • Create and update DM sales funnels based on client goals (after approval process).

Community Management:

  • Respond to all client comments across platforms using Metricool or directly within Instagram/TikTok apps.
  • Proactively engage with audience members by liking, commenting, and reacting to Stories.
  • Monitor and manage incoming DMs in brand voice and tone.
  • Conduct DM outreach using client-approved scripts when applicable.
  • Actively nurture and grow each client’s online community.

 

  • Have 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, or community management
  • Understand both content trends and deeper community-building strategies
  • Can create engaging, keyword-optimized content calendars with minimal oversight
  • Are highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple client accounts
  • Write clearly, creatively, and with a brand voice in mind
  • Love connecting with audiences and helping brands grow their digital communities
  • Expected to work 10-15 hours/week
  • Pay starting at $1,500/month
  • Quarterly bonuses: Up to $500 if goals are met.

  • There are no specific hours but primary working hours will be sometime between 11am – 7pm.
  • This position is primarily remote but you must live near San Marcos, TX.

Social MediaManager

Must live near San Marcos, TX or in the Greater Austin Area

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Videographer to join our team. This role involves working directly with clients to manage their social media accounts, filming content at client content shoots, and ensuring their content is scheduled and ready to go!

If you are passionate about social media and growing accounts while being extremely detail oriented we want to hear from you!

  • Work with a small, specialized team: content strategist, and content editor
  • Review content calendars for accuracy, creativity, and alignment with client brand voice
  • Provide feedback to the strategist and edit content as needed for clarity, tone, or strategy
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients
  • Deliver finalized content calendars to clients and guide them through next steps
  • Coordinate & direct content shoots for clients
  • Ensure clients who film their own content receive the calendar and instructions promptly
  • Schedule or manually post approved content across social platforms
  • Track progress toward client-specific social media goals (follower growth, engagement, website clicks, etc.)
  • Collaborate with clients to define meaningful goals and regularly assess performance
  • Have 1+ years of experience in social media management or digital content strategy
  • Are obsessed with organization and timelines
  • Communicate and work well with a team
  • Have sharp instincts for content performance and brand voice
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients

Salary: $45,000 – $48,000

Benefits: 2 weeks PTO + Paid federal holidays

  • You are expected to work and be reachable by the team during your chosen work hours which must be between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. You can pick your hours between those times.
  • Primarily remote position (Based in or near San Marcos, TX) with occasional travel for content shoots and coworking.
  • Travel may be required to capture content for clients. Travel to clients will be paid for by company.

We are seeking a short-form video editor to join our team. This role involves editing videos for our clients’ social media accounts using creative edits to keep watch time high.

  • Content Editing: Edit and refine social media videos using tools like Capcut or Adobe Premiere Pro, and graphics with Canva.
  • Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of communication, flexibility, and professionalism.
  • Education: College degree preferred.
  • Experience:  Knowledge of video editing is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, creativity, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

PR & SalesSpecialist

Are you passionate about public relations and sales? Do you excel in creating opportunities and building relationships? Social Blueprint, a dynamic social media strategy company, is looking for a PR & Sales Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you’ll help us expand our reach by securing speaking engagements and bringing in new clients through events!

  • Speaking Engagements: Secure speaking engagements for the owner at conferences, on podcasts, and at business development meetings.
  • Event Promotion: Reach out to events and community happenings to represent and promote Social Blueprint via social media.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing the value of Social Blueprint’s services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Education: College degree required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in PR and sales. Experience with organizing and promoting large events is a bonus.
  • Skills: Proficient in Canva and Google Suite.
  • Pay Structure: $24/hr with 10 hours worked maximum per week. As company grows and you bring in more clients the hours per week will increase!
  • Bonuses: $350 for each social media management client who sign with the company, 10% commission for short-term event clients who sign with the company.
  • Flexibility: Highly flexible work schedule with creative freedom to manage projects.

    We ask that you work during the times that allow you to complete your tasks.

  • Primarily remote position with occasional travel to meet clients or help promote events.

  • Travel may be required to meet with clients and help organize/set up events. Travel will be paid for by company if flights, hotels or rental cars are required.
